Kylee is responsible for overseeing investor relations and fund development, including grant efforts and engaging investors and stakeholders in the mission and work of the Regional Partnership.
Prior to joining the our team, Kylee was an attorney with Barrett & McNagny LLP, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of business and corporate law and securities, representing clients, and companies of all sizes throughout Northeast Indiana. She was specifically focused on working with entrepreneurial individuals and startup companies.
Kylee is a co-founder and director of Lemonade Day Fort Wayne, an initiative that encourages youth entrepreneurship. She currently serves on the board for Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House and served on the inaugural board for Greater Fort Wayne Inc. Kylee is also an active member of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and is a 2010 graduate of the YLNI Leadership Institute.
In 2013, Kylee was a recipient of the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s 40 Under 40 award and was a nominee for the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce’s Athena Young Professional Leadership Award. Kylee received her juris doctor from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis and her undergraduate degree from Taylor University-Fort Wayne.

- When Kylee's not at work, she enjoys traveling or enjoying all of the many events, restaurants, and shopping downtown Fort Wayne has to offer.
- Kylee has many skills, but one of the most recent she developed was refinishing the piano from her childhood. She says it’s well worth the effort because it makes sitting down to play that much more enjoyable.
