TransWorks partners with railroads as well as logistics and trucking companies throughout North America, including Triple Crown Services in Fort Wayne. TransWorks employs software developers and business professionals in the Northeast Indiana area. They also offer internship opportunities for up-and-coming professionals through the Greater Fort Wayne Fellows program by Greater Fort Wayne Inc. and is a proud member of the community. TransWorks decided to participate in the work of the Regional Partnership because they firmly agree with the Regional Partnership’s vision to develop Northeast Indiana.

The Regional Partnership is on the cutting edge of strengthening Northeast Indiana’s economy to be globally competitive. The Fort Wayne Urban League (FWUL) sees this as a unique opportunity to engage not only with the Regional Partnership but to build upon existing relationships. FWUL is looking to forge new strategic partnerships and successful collaborations with members to further develop current and future initiatives. FWUL is part of a national network that aligns eligible and quality workers with regional workforce needs.
