DOXA Insurance Holdings acquires specialty niche underwriting companies across the U.S. They invest in these businesses once owned to help them achieve operational efficiencies and remove back-office distractions. This allows the business to focus on growth and expansion, which they believe are the fun and exciting aspects of their work! DOXA's current 3-year plan allows the company to acquire 3-5 businesses a year.
