As the Vice President of Business Development, Brandon Noll is in charge of leading the development and execution of the overall business development strategy to maximize lead generation for the region and contribute to the organizational strategic planning process.
Noll has a strong background in sales and business development, most recently working in business development for Reusser Design, a regional web design and development firm. He is passionate about Northeast Indiana and the region’s rural communities, having grown up in Steuben County. Since college, Brandon has served various organizations in a number of leadership roles, from sales and asset management to community engagement and marketing.
Brandon was born in Angola went to college in Huntington and has called Fort Wayne his home for over 10 years.
In 2019, Brandon was named as one of Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s 40 Under 40.
Brandon serves as Vice President of Community Impact with Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI) and works diligently to attract, develop and retain young leaders in Northeast Indiana. In his spare time, Brandon also coaches football at Woodside Middle School.
He also attended Huntington University where he studied business finance and economics. While at Huntington, he was president of the investment committee, ran the on-campus vending machine business called Sweet Satisfaction and played baseball.

- Brandon recently got married to an amazing woman from Ohio. Upon getting married, Brandon’s wife moved from Ohio to Northeast Indiana, inching us closer to growing the region’s population to 1 million people through the Road to One Million.
- As a child, Brandon wanted to be a bull rider or a calf roper. He still has dreams of being Lane Frost in the 1994 movie “8 Seconds.”
- When he is not working or volunteering, Brandon enjoys being outdoors with his 2 dogs, watching sporting events or spending time with his wife.
