Rachel joined NEI in May of 2022. Her key responsibility is the strategy, development and execution of marketing programs and digital efforts. A marketing and digital content specialist with over eight years experience, Rachel describes herself as energetic, creative, competitive – and a bit of a perfectionist.
In addition to her work at NEI, Rachel is proud volunteer of Big Brothers Big Sisters and has been matched with her Little Sister Abby since 2018. She is also on the planning committee of several annual events for the organization.
Rachel received her BA from Indiana University Bloomington in 2015 where she double majored in Journalism and Fine Arts in addition to a specialization in Public Relations / Advertising.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, being outdoors and above all, spending time with family. She recently married her high school sweetheart Brad and the two share one son, Declan, as well as two fur babies: Gemma and Isabelle.
She is born and raised Fort Wayne, IN, and believes it an absolute privilege to join the team at NEI and work with the direct goal of growth and betterment of our city.

- Rachel married her high school sweetheart and share one son, Declan. The two also have two fur babies: a 120-lb mastiff, Gemma, and a tiny little puff ball, Isabelle.
- Rachel and Brad’s main passion is travel. They keep track of their visited destinations with push pins and an oversized world map.
- Rachel is a HUGE Broadway nerd and loves to sing. In fact, she performed at The Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne when she was younger.
