Bluffton

For more than 40 years, Bluffton has enjoyed the distinction of being the “Parlor City” of Indiana, thanks to its reputation as a beautiful and well-kept city. Bluffton celebrated another honor when it was named Indiana’s first “Gigabit City,” thanks to its universally available internet speeds up to one hundred times faster than a typical residential broadband connection. The term “Gigabit City” had its genesis in Google’s efforts in Kansas City to provide universal access to ultra-high-speed broadband. Bluffton was also listed as No. 1 on NerdWallet’s Best Places to Start a Business in Indiana.

Ossian

Ossian has a longstanding history of values and of being a friendly, caring community. Just 15 miles from the City of Fort Wayne, Ossian offers a small-town atmosphere with big-city amenities close by. Located in the northern part of Wells County, Ossian is centrally located between major trade areas of the Midwest. The Ossian Industrial Park, located adjacent to State Highway 1, is approximately four miles south of I-469 and nine miles south of Fort Wayne International Airport. Major employers include TI Automotive and Rethceif Packaging. The town’s industrial park is home to engineering and manufacturing companies producing materials such as tool and die, plastic gas tanks and bath fixtures. Ossian is also surrounded by agriculture, an important piece of Indiana’s economy. The Town of Ossian is named an “Indiana Main Street Community” by the state. The designation encourages the revitalization and restoration of downtown areas in Indiana cities and towns and provides technical assistance and educational opportunities.
