Jonathan joined NEI in March 2022. His key responsibility is internal and external communications on behalf of the organization. From pioneering the creative rebrand of NEI to press and collateral materials; from launching a branded NEI podcast to powerful video initiatives, Jonathan’s vision and executions are aimed at creating a platform in which both entrepreneurs and executives can share their pioneering ingenuity.
Jonathan has more than 15 years of experience in launching holistic campaigns for many of the world’s largest and most successful brands, including: Coca Cola, Milk, McDonald’s, GEICO, Mars, Walmart, P&G, J&J, Microsoft, IBM and American Express, to name a few.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has collected a credible portfolio of accolades, including a Drum Award, Cannes Lions Award, DigiDay Media Award and a Webby Award.
Jonathan also heads the Board of Directors for former NBA forward Jamal Mashburn where they expand the reach of Mashburn Enterprises’ portfolio of over 100 Papa John’s, Toyota and Lexus dealerships, tech companies and a VC company, while providing scholarships to inner city kids.

- A former performer, Jonathan still has many friends in the music industry and performs from time to time at Paisley Park for private “Minneapolis Sound” alumni events.
- In high school and throughout college, Jonathan was a top/nationally ranked sprinter, as well as long and triple jumper.
