Amy is responsible for guiding the success and effectiveness of Vision 2030. In this role, she leads Vision 2030 efforts through several outreach efforts across the region including permitting, U.S. 30, talent development and other initiatives of the Regional Partnership. As a Gallup-certified strengths coach, she enjoys helping our staff explore, appreciate, and use the strengths that make them unique, valuable members of the team.
She joined the team in October 2013. She comes to us from the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health, where she served for the past 15 years, the majority of them as the Allen County Healthy Homes program director.
Amy loves camping, reading, haunting local yarn stores, and knitting for anyone who will accept her woolen goods.
Amy serves on the board of Fort Wayne Habitat for Humanity, a local nonprofit that works to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington.
