Ashley joined the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership in the spring of 2016. As the stakeholder engagement and experience manager, she is responsible for leading and curating the Regional Partnership experience to ensure top-notch service for our stakeholders. She is also responsible for the planning and execution of all Regional Partnership meetings and events.
With nearly 10 years of customer service experience, Ashley has a strong passion for the process behind delivering quality service and experience. In 2018, she attended the Disney Institute’s Approach to Quality Service.
In addition to her work for the Regional Partnership, Ashley serves on the board of directors for The Literacy Alliance as well as the Laughs for Literacy committee. Ashley also volunteers as a School Buddy through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Ashley received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), where she majored in English with a concentration in language.
As an English major, Ashley enjoys reading books on linguistics and studying languages.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, her fiancé, Taylor and their dog, Koba. She also enjoys playing recreational volleyball and working in the yard.

Ashley is an armchair detective; she loves listening to true crime podcasts and binging the latest true crime documentaries to figure out ‘who dunnit’!
