As the Manager of Business Development, Nicole Satalino is responsible for attracting new businesses to Northeast Indiana and contributing to the business development strategic planning process.

Nicole comes from the financial services industry having previously worked on the sales team at Ash Brokerage, which is the largest privately-held insurance brokerage firm in the U.S.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Saint Francis where she also completed her Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in marketing and a minor in management. During her time at the University of Saint Francis, she served as Welcome Weekend Coordinator, Students Activities Council Member, Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper and student body president. She is the recipient of the 2016 Anthony D. Moore Outstanding Senior Leadership Award. 

Nicole is most passionate about community development and engaging with nonprofits to help them achieve their strategic growth goals and objectives.

She currently serves as a sponsorship committee member for the Vera Bradley Foundation, President of the University of Saint Francis Alumni Association, the Director at Large of Fund Development for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, a Healthier Moms and Babies board member and Women’s Philanthropy Group Chair. Nicole also volunteers her time as a community volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana and as a member of the Riverfront Fort Wayne events committee. Nicole is a graduate from the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Leadership institute program class of 2017.

Nicole was honored to receive the 2018 Mentor of the Year Award and 2017 Distinguished Young Alumni Award through the University of Saint Francis. Nicole was also featured in Fort Wayne Magazine's “Under 30 cool creatives” focused on creativity, impact and leadership.
