Rebecca Neild joined the Partnership in November 2020. Her key responsibilities include supporting the Business Development team with marketing initiatives to promote the region.
She is a Manchester University alum with a degree in communications and a minor in journalism. With over three years of experience promoting the region via the Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority and over eight years of marketing and sales experience, Rebecca is uniquely positioned to contribute to the team’s mission to build, market and sell Northeast Indiana.
Rebecca previously served as a member of the Regional Opportunities Council and served as a member of the Brand Ambassador Committee while working with the Airport Authority. Rebecca is extremely passionate about the numerous assets of living, working and playing in Northeast Indiana.
After years of promoting the region to her family, her sister and brother-in-law decided to move to Northeast Indiana along with their two small children in March 2020. Rebecca’s parents are planning to move to the region within the next couple of years also.
In addition to her work for the Regional Partnership, Rebecca serves the community on the board of the Theta Theta Chapter of Psi Iota Xi, a local philanthropic sorority, where her event planning and leadership skills are used to raise funds for regional charities.
