Sierra Disch joined the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership as a marketing project manager in October 2019. In her role, she is responsible for managing and driving the everyday workflow of the marketing team and integrating marketing support across the organization.
Previously, Sierra worked at Heritage Foodservice, a distributor of commercial foodservice equipment parts. She was there for 6 years and held several titles including Photography Team Lead, Marketing Coordinator and Junior Marketing Manager. She also served as one of three Graphic Designers on the marketing team.
Sierra graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Graphic Design, concentrating in Graphic Arts and Photography.
In her free time, Sierra is a member of the Fort Wayne Derby Girls and also lends her design skills to the team. Growing up, Sierra spent most of her time roller skating and would much rather commute on skates than a bike.

- Sierra enjoys trail running. You might find her exploring the trails, especially at Fox Island County Park in Allen County or Pokagon State Park in Steuben County.
- She loves podcasts! Specifically, Sierra is a fan of My Favorite Murder Podcast and is a self-proclaimed murderino, also known as a huge true crime fan!
- Growing up, Sierra spent most of her time roller skating and would much rather commute on skates than a bike.
