News Release
Fort Wayne, Ind. -- The Department of Geosciences at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) will dedicate the Argast Family Imaging and Analysis Lab, Friday, November 2, at 1 p.m. in the Science Building, Room, 263.
The dedication ceremony and news conference will recognize a major donation made by James Argast, father of Anne Argast, professor of geology at IPFW. The donation enabled the purchase of a scanning electron microscope with state-of-the-art capabilities for imaging and microanalysis.
An open house featuring tours of the lab will immediately follow the dedication ceremony and news conference. Refreshments will be served.
