Two Indiana colleges are adding to their leadership teams. Ivy Tech Community College has named Corey Back executive director of finance for the Central Indiana region, and IPFW has hired Janet Iden Kamdar as director of alumni relations.

Back has been with Ivy Tech since 2010, most recently serving as executive director of sponsored programs finance for the Office of the President. He also worked for about 10 years in various financial positions for Purdue University. He holds a bachelor's degree and master's degree from Purdue.

Back will lead the financial operations for Ivy Tech's Central Indiana region, which serves Marion, Hamilton, Putnam, Hancock, Johnson, Shelby, Morgan, Boone and Hendricks counties.

Janet Iden Kamdar's appointment marks a return to IPFW. She previously served as the executive director of the school's MBA program in 2001-2002. She also holds three degrees from the school.
