Northeast Indiana companies among ‘America’s Best Employers’

Forbes has released its list of America’s Best Employers for 2019. The Hoosier state was represented on the list by 12 companies, including Eli Lilly and Co., Cook Medical and NiSource among others.
Parkview Health was the only organization in Indiana to be named to the list for the healthcare and social services industry.

Our care and compassion for others extends not only to our patients, but also to our co-workers,” said Mike Packnett, president and chief executive officer, Parkview Health said in a news release. “It’s an honor to be included among America’s best, and we are committed to continue fostering a workplace where people feel valued, engaged and inspired to serve others.”
Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to name companies liked best by employees in its annual ranking of America’s best employers.
The ranking is divided into two lists: one for the top large companies with more than 5,000 U.S. employees, and another for the top midsize companies with 1,000 to 5,000.
