After nearly two years of construction, the new Parkview Wabash Hospital will Wednesday open to the public. Fort Wayne-based Parkview Health says the $35 million facility includes a full-service emergency department, an inpatient medical and surgical unit and diagnostic imaging, among other amenities.
The health system broke ground on the two-story, 80,000-square-foot hospital in June 2016. The campus will also include a medical office building that will serve as the home of Parkview Physicians Group.
Parkview Wabash Hospital President Marilyn Custer-Mitchell will take part in a Facebook Live Q&A to discuss the hospital and its impact on the community. You can find more information by clicking here.
