Regional Partnership Welcomes Vice President of Business Development

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership announced today that business development professional Chad Ruston is joining the leadership team to serve as Vice President of Business Development.

In this role, Ruston is responsible for attracting new businesses to Northeast Indiana. He will lead the development and execution of the overall business development strategy to maximize lead generation for the region and contribute to the organizational strategic planning process.

Ruston joins the Regional Partnership with direct experience in business development, most recently with Hollister Incorporated where he led a team of nearly 60 people focused on U.S. sales and marketing.
