Talent Attraction Goes Digital in Northeast Indiana

Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership Makes New Resources
Available for Recruiters & Human Resourse Professionals

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Talent in 2012 is tech savvy, and if we want to attract the best potential talent to Northeast Indiana, we need to be thinking outside of the proverbial box-or book. To that end, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership is now offering a free iBook, showcasing the quality of life in Northeast Indiana, to be used as a tool for recruiters and HR professionals in marketing the region.

The iBook will supplement the tools launched at the beginning of this month including the new website, YourStoryMadeHere.com. Downloadable from the website, the iBook features the greatest hits of Northeast Indianas impressive and diverse assets using photo slideshows, videos and fun facts about the region.

The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership was formed in 2006 to help build a globally competitive economy in Northeast Indiana. It is a public-private partnership focused on generating business leads and building regional capacity through product development and effective regional collaboration. In 2010, the Partnership launched Vision 2020 to bring the region together around five key areas for economic growth: 21st Century Talent, Competitive Business Climate, Entrepreneurship, Infrastructure and Quality of Life. Through its combined efforts in business development and capacity building, the Partnership supports its 10 member counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley counties.
