Alex joined the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership as the director of business development in January 2016. In this role, he works on the development and execution of the organization’s business development strategy.
Alex has worked on the expansion of the Panama Canal and Ohio River dams.
Prior to joining the team, Alex worked as a mechanical engineer at MWH Global in Chicago. Alex has worked on projects for American Municipal Power and was also a part of the expansion of the Panama Canal and Ohio River dams.
Alex’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in engineering management with concentrations in both mechanical and manufacturing engineering from Miami University.

- Alex has an exciting hobby: building and racing motorcycles.
- Originally from Chicago, Alex moved to Fort Wayne because he wanted to live in a place with a big-city feel, but with small-town charm and accommodations.
