Nicole Satalino joined the Regional Partnership in July 2017. In this role, she is responsible for supporting business development efforts through prospect and lead generation research, coordination of target industry groups, and serving as a resource for our Economic Development Partners.
Prior to joining the Regional Partnership, Nicole served as a Life Marketing Consultant at Ash Brokerage, providing consultative sales expertise while working to actively build relationships with advisors and maximize the impact the Life Marketing team could have on their practice.
Nicole holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Management from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne. During her time at the University of Saint Francis, she served as Welcome Weekend Coordinator, Students Activities Council Member, Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper and student body president. She is the recipient of the 2016 Anthony D. Moore Outstanding Senior Leadership Award.
Nicole is a member of the Emerging Leaders Alliance of Northeast Indiana, and an active member in Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana where she serves as a My City Summit committee member, a 2017 Leadership Institute graduate and the Leadership Institute 2018 committee chair.
Other involvement includes volunteering with downtown Fort Wayne growth initiatives, serving as the Vice President of the University of Saint Francis Alumni Cabinet Board and a Healthier Moms and Babies board intern. Nicole is honored to be the recipient of the 2017 Distinguished Young Alumni Award through the University of Saint Francis.

- When Nicole is not working or volunteering in the community, you can find her out in the region trying local restaurants, shopping with local vendors, or participating in the fun activities the rivers have to offer such as biking the Rivergreenway, kayaking or attending the Living Fort Wayne Film Series and Concert Series events.
- Nicole loves reading professional development books and says they keep her inspired and support her love for learning. Ask her which book is her favorite!
- Fun fact: Nicole was a competitive figure skater from the age of 4 until her sophomore year of college when she decided to “hang up the skates”. Nicole won first place at the University of Michigan Midwest competition her freshman year of college.
