NEI Welcomes Eileen Alberding and Jackson Long to the Business Development Team

Restaffing can be both exciting and challenging for organizations.

While it provides an opportunity to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the table, it also requires significant effort and resources to ensure a smooth transition. Today, our business development team looks a little different – but thanks to the individuals who were here prior and the procedures put in place, these transitions were seamless and effective. Today, our new BD team has the same goals and motivations – and has already hit the ground running.

Brandon Noll has assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development, where he is responsible for the business development strategy, activity and results for the organization, while also serving on the internal leadership team.

“Bringing Eileen and Jackson onto our business development team is a testament to our commitment to excellence,” said Noll. “Their combined skills, passion and dedication will ignite new opportunities and drive our business development team to unprecedented heights. Together, they will create a dynamic force, unlocking untapped potential and results. With Eileen and Jackson onboard, our business development endeavors are poised for remarkable success.”

Eileen Alberding, Director of Business Development – is an accomplished business development director with a proven record of accomplishment of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive growth. Her diverse work experience includes marketing, nonprofit fundraising, communications and business operations. With NEI, she is responsible for sourcing and nurturing new business expansions and relocations to increase business investment in Northeast Indiana, with a particular focus on regional office space.

Jackson Long, Business Development Manager – a native of Northwest Indiana, Jackson came to Fort Wayne to attend and play football for the University of Saint Francis. At USF, Jackson earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing and is pursuing his MBA in Economics. He has gained extensive experience by completing internships across various industries, including finance, IT sales, insurance, logistics, project management and data analytics. His interest in business was sparked by his father and grandfather, both entrepreneurs. Jackson’s primary responsibility will be prospecting and lead generation across many key markets and target industries.

By following our structured approach and focusing on the organization’s goals, we have successfully onboarded new team members and positioned our Business Development team for future success.
