Fort Wayne Company Acquires Chicago Insurance Firm

Fort Wayne-based DOXA Insurance Holdings LLC has acquired an insurance firm headquartered in downtown Chicago. Financial terms of the deal for Financial Risk Solutions Inc., which specializes in commercial HVAC service contract and product warranty insurance, are not being disclosed.

DOXA says Financial Risk Solutions will maintain operations at its Chicago headquarters under its current leadership. The firm will also retain its name and its Chill-Pro Insurance Program brand. 

Jim Wilson, president of Financial Risk Solutions, says becoming part of the DOXA team "aligns perfectly with our core values of credibility, dependability, integrity, and stability. This will create a new level of growth for the organization and the ability to continue building relationships within the HVAC insurance arena."

Financial Risk Solutions was founded in 2000.
