HOWE – Lippert Components Inc, is looking for a few good employees.

The Goshen company recently set up shop in an existing building in the 3600 block of S.R. 9, about halfway between Howe and LaGrange. Company officials placed a large “now hiring” sign in front of the property.

Lippert Components general manager Adam Clark said his company is planning to hire between 100 and 175 people and get the new plant up and running by the end of the month.

The plant will produce chassis for the RV industry.

Clark said his company is looking for good, dedicated, hard-working people who want to come to work every day. The plant will operate a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule. He said wages will be good for this area.

Lippert is looking to hire experienced welders, but will consider others willing to be trained in welding.

Lippert Components Inc. was founded in 1956.
