Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership Promotes Kylee Shirey, Ryan Twiss

April 3rd, 2017

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership announced today the promotions of Kylee Shirey to vice president of stakeholder relations, and Ryan Twiss to vice president of regional initiatives, effective immediately.

Shirey and Twiss as members of the Partnership leadership team, lead efforts to fulfill the mission of the Regional Partnership to build, market, and sell Northeast Indiana to increase business investment.

Shirey joined the Regional Partnership in 2014. She is responsible for overseeing investor relations and fund development for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, including engaging investors and other stakeholders in the mission and work of the Partnership.

“Every day we collaborate with business leaders committed to grow our region. It has been an incredible privilege to work with some of the finest and most passionate business and community leaders in the 11-county region as we fight to put Northeast Indiana on the map as a true competitor in the global economy," said Shirey.

Twiss’ involvement in the Regional Partnership began in 2006. He is responsible for the operational oversight, strategic development and community engagement efforts for the Partnership’s regional initiatives.

In this role, he develops, aligns, and manages the implementation of strategies that build a region positioned to increase business investment. Twiss also serves as executive director of the Northeast Indiana Fund, a support organization that allows the Regional Partnership to receive and deploy foundation and other philanthropic funding and grants.

“Northeast Indiana is experiencing a tremendous period of growth and momentum. I am humbled to have a chance to be a part of building on our momentum," said Twiss.

“Kylee and Ryan’s promotions reflect their substantial leadership contributions, outstanding results and commitment to serve the Regional Partnership and the 11-county region. I have the utmost confidence that Kylee and Ryan will continue to have a significant positive impact on our progress as a region for years to come,” said Scott Glaze, CEO of Fort Wayne Metals and chair of the board for the Regional Partnership.
