Regional Employers Invited to Join Free Webinar

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership announced a new partnership to support the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s effort to build the largest and most effective cross-company mentoring initiative in the country through the Engage Mentoring program. The program will advance regional business investment initiatives by helping employers to attract, retain and develop their workforce by connecting individuals with mentors to help them grow their skills on a variety of topics.

The Engage Mentoring program is a model of mentoring that uses a proprietary software system to help employees build the necessary skills needed to be good mentors, as well as connect with qualified mentors in the business community on the basis of skill development.

Employers are encouraged to attend a webinar at noon on Thursday, Aug. 6 to learn more about the program, the vision and the positive impact this can have on a workforce and company.
