The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership's Millennial 2020 program on Feb. 22 will host its second "Spark Tank" event for teens and young adults, at which they'll be able to pitch their ideas for improving business and community engagement.

The event will be held from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Kendallville Event Center, 615 Professional Way, Kendallville. It's open to millennials — individuals roughly between the ages of 15 and 25.

At the event, participants will pitch their ideas, then they'll be divided into groups to develop strategic plans and make a presentation to a panel of judges. The top two ideas each will receive $500 in seed money.

In addition, northeast Indiana colleges will have representatives and information booths at the event, and prize packages will be awarded to participants throughout the day.

The registration deadline is Wednesday. To register, go to www.millennial2020.com/spark-tank/spark-tank-registration. For more information, contact Jordan McArdle at jordan@neindiana.com.
