ULG Staffing adds Fort Wayne office

A subsidiary of Logansport-based ULG Companies LLC has opened a new office in Fort Wayne. ULG Staffing says the office will focus on the manufacturing and distribution industries in north central Indiana.

Details of ULG's investment in the new office were not immediately disclosed. Gary Hentschel, chief executive officer of ULG Companies, tells Inside INdiana Business the office currently has one full-time employee but more will be added soon. He says they are recruiting aggressively in the area and expect to place up to 30 new employees with local clients by the end of June.

"We are extremely excited to continue our expansion throughout Indiana," said Lucinda Comer, president of ULG Staffing. "We look forward to continuing to grow our partnerships in the area and throughout the state."

The location is the 15th office for ULG Companies throughout the country. The company also has offices for its other subsidiaries, ULG Marine and ULG SkilledTrades. ULG Staffing itself has offices in Indianapolis, Greencastle and, most recently, Lafayette.

Earlier this year, the company announced its acquisition of Indianapolis-based STAFFWORKS.
