Adams County Economic Development Corporation has partnered with Wells County Economic Development to conduct a study analyzing housing and infrastructure needs. Indiana Michigan Power recently provided $20,000 to assist the organizations in the study.

Concepts Inc. will analyze the counties’ current housing market, including infrastructure capacity.

The study will have three phases: market analysis, strategy development and implementation. It will identify market opportunities, what is involved to take advantage of them and ensure the private sector will respond.
